THE AWESOME GOD

You are awesome in this place Mighty God! You are awesome in this place Abba Father! You are worthy of our praise; unto you we prays. You are awesome in this place Mighty God!

 

Of a truth, our God is great, and mighty. There is no searching of his understanding. His wonders and acts  in the works of creations testify to the magnitude of his Power, Might, wisdom and the aura of his presence cannot be compared.

 

He is not limited by time and space, his existence is from eternity unto eternity. By mere spoken word, he brought the world into existence. At the blast of his nostrils, the world melted. The parting of red sea for the children of Israel to pass on dry ground in their journey from Egypt to the promised land is one of the acts that real his awesomeness.

 

How he made a whole nation together with their goods, animals and possessions; young and old pass through on foot on dry ground: thus saving them from a terrible holocaust. And yet turn around to destroy the hosts of the Egyptian Army together with their horses and chariots in the same pathway by simply changing the tides against them. The sea receded and submerged the whole army with all their powerful weapons meant to destroy the Israelites.

 

This same God is at work in our day; healing protracted illnesses and bringing joy to the barren. He gives miraculous escapes for his children from the hands of them that hates them. He is the same yesterday, today and forevermore.

 

To benefit from his unlimited potential, we have to come to him by faith in a full consciousness of the fact that he is the all-powerful, ever consistent God that is always at work in the lives of those that trust in him. 2 Peter verse 3 says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue”.

 

His awesomeness is made manifest as we fully demonstrate his power, might and holiness through our lives. All these are made possible for us through Christ Jesus. He will reverse all seemingly hopeless situations in our lives, the church and the Nation at large.

 

Truly’ OUR GOD IS AWESOME.
