INTEGRITY IN LEADERSHIP & POLITICS Integrity what is it? It is defined as firm adherence to strong moral and ethical principles sustained by honesty, consistency, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Consistent regardless of the circumstances or who is present. Honesty – being truthful and incorruptible. Accountable – taking ownership of your choices and accepting the consequences of one’s action. Leadership: The process of social influence in which a person enlist the support of others to accomplish a common, shared goal.
