Management or Leadership
Management or Leadership
Leadership is a broader concept than management. All leaders are managers on their way to leadership. It is the natural pathway of progression. However, not all managers become leaders. Luke 16:10, 12 illustrate the principle that stresses the conditions of transition from manager to leader.
