*_Even So Come: Longing for the Glorious Return of Jesus_*


In the depths of our hearts, there is a longing, a yearning for the glorious return of our King. Like a bride eagerly waiting for her groom, we, the Church, anticipate that moment when our Lord Jesus Christ will come again. Our souls cry out, *"Even so come, Lord Jesus, come!"*


We are a people who believe in the promise of His coming. We hold on to the assurance that there will be a day of justice, when all things will be made new. The name of Jesus will resound throughout eternity, forever faithful and true. In the midst of a world filled with challenges and uncertainties, we find hope and solace in the imminent return of our Savior.


The Bible affirms our longing and hope. In Revelation 22:20, Jesus declares, *"Surely I am coming quickly."* We are encouraged by the words of 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, which reminds us that *one day the trumpet will sound, and we will be caught up together with Him in the clouds.*


As we eagerly await His coming, let us live with a sense of readiness and expectation. Let us be a Church that shines His light in a dark world, proclaiming the hope found in Jesus Christ. May our lives be a testimony to His love and grace, drawing others to Him.
