*CHRIST, THE ANOINTED ONE*.


1 Jn. 2:27

"But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and in truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him"


✅When we walk closely with God in purity daily, we grow in the anointing.

We are anointed when we read, study, meditate on the word of God, and live our lives based on the word of God daily.

✅We are anointed when we spend quality time in the place of prayer with God alone.

✅Anointing is the outward manifestation of our inward purity and close walk with God daily.


*CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ANOINTED*.

1. You will have the Holy Spirit without measure. Jn.3:34.

2. You live a life of humility. Phil. 2:6-8

3. You will love righteousness and hate wickedness. Ps. 45:6-7.

4. You will not love the world or the things in it. 1 Jn. 2:15.

5. You will not live a life of gluttony. Phil. 3:19.

6. You will not follow others to do wrong. Ex. 23:2

7. When you are anointed, you will not strife with men. 

8. You will be filled with compassion. Matt. 9:36.

9. Holiness becomes a lifestyle.1 Pet. 1:15. 


Friends, carrying the title of anointed man of God is not the issue. 

Let us mirror our lives in the light of this truth, whether we are truly anointed.

Do you have the same lifestyle as that of Jesus Christ?

Can men look into your life, and all they can see is Christ's kind of anointing?
