1. Starting a Ministry Without God's Direction;

 Seek Divine Guidance: Before launching a ministry, ensure you have received a clear calling from God. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." 

Be Unique: Don’t imitate others; focus on your unique calling. Romans 12:6 encourages us to use our gifts according to the grace given to us.

2. Splitting Your Father's Church;

 Honor Spiritual Authority: Dividing a church can lead to spiritual consequences. Ephesians 6:2-3 instructs us to "Honor your father and mother...that it may go well with you." Respecting established leadership fosters unity and avoids unnecessary strife.

3. Ministering Without Spiritual Covering;

  Importance of Accountability: Every minister needs spiritual covering and mentorship. Proverbs 15:22 states, "Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers, they succeed." Seek guidance from seasoned leaders to navigate challenges effectively.

  Address Disloyalty Wisely: If someone chooses to leave, let it be due to their own decisions, not your mismanagement.

  Prioritize Family: A healthy ministry begins at home. 1 Timothy 3:5 states, "For if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God’s church?" Support and uplift your spouse, allowing them to grow alongside you in ministry.
