BASED ON PHYSICAL ATTRACTION ALONE Aside the fact that both of you love each others looks, complexion, appearance, etc, there's nothing substantial about the relationship. You're always gushing about how beautiful or handsome your partner is, how long her hair is, and how hairy and broad-chested he is. You're in love with looks nothing more nothing less. Favour is deceitful and beauty is vain.  2. BASED ON FINANCIAL GAINS ONLY Whoever told you that a relationship is meant to be your poverty alleviation program lied to you.   STOP RAISING AN OVERDEPENDENT GENERATION!  MOST PARENTS OF TODAY ARE RAISING AN "OVERDEPENDENT GENERATION"  1. You cook their food for them so that they can read and enjoy. 2. You help them to wash their clothes and tidy their rooms. 3. You drop them off in school every day by yourself! 4. You lie on their behalf to get them out of trouble. 5. You can not stand seeing them starve or go hungry for once. 15. You fight against those...

What is Eternal Life

Image
ENTERNAL LIFE  ```What's Enternal Life``` ❓  When the Bible speaks of eternal life, it refers to a gift of God that comes only “through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23). This gift is in contrast to the “death” that is the natural result of sin. The gift of eternal life comes to those who believe in Jesus Christ, who is Himself “the resurrection and the life” (John 11:25). The fact that this life is “eternal” indicates that it is perpetual life—it goes on and on and on, with no end. It is a mistake, however, to view eternal life as simply an unending progression of years. A common New Testament word for “eternal” is aiΓ³nios, which carries the idea of quality as well as quantity. In fact, eternal life is not really associated with “years” at all, as it is independent of time. Eternal life can function outside of and beyond time, as well as within time. For this reason, eternal life can be thought of as something that Christians experience now. Believers don’t have to ...

*_From Despair to Hope: Overcoming Depression Through Accountability_* Today, we embark on a journey of hope and healing—a journey that addresses the weighty topic of depression and the path to recovery. It is a journey of acceptance, responsibility, and the transformative power of God's Word. Galatians 6:7-8 offers profound insights into the law of planting and harvesting: *"Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life."* These verses underscore the fundamental truth that our actions yield consequences, both positive and negative. In the journey of recovery from depression, it becomes essential to accept responsibility for our actions and choices. This includes acknowledging moments of self-will, resistance to God's expectations, and the recognition that we are not powerless over our negati...
